Payments - Parking Fines

Online payments can only be made 48 hours after the issue of a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN).
 
If you have only just been issued with a PCN and want to make a payment, please use one of the following options:
 
Use our automated telephone payment line by calling 01253 478751. This service is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. You will need to have your vehicle details and PCN number ready before calling.
 
You can pay in person at our Customer First Centre, Corporation Street. Opening Hours are shown underneath the menu on the left.
 
You can pay in person at Parking Services, 122 Talbot Road. Opening hours are 9am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4pm on Friday.
 
Payment can be sent through the post to Blackpool Council, PO Box 1118, Blackpool FY1 3WS. Please allow 2 working days for first class post and 5 days for second class post. Please write your PCN number on the back of your cheque.
