Race Equality Scheme
Race Equality Scheme A questionnaire has been designed to help us understand and address the different cultural needs of people from diverse ethnic backgrounds in Blackpool.

This questionnaire will help us make better use of the talents in our workforces and help us to develop an action plan to improve services as part of the Race Equality Scheme.

The Race Equality Duty requires public authorities to demonstrate that they promote race equality and eliminate race discrimination.

This is a great chance for you to have your say and help make a difference to health and council services e.g. public life, childcare, domestic violence, crime, employment, transport.
