Traffic Management Details if Applicable: 08:00 to Midnight Abingdon Street (between Clifton Street and Church Street), Church Street (between Abingdon Street and Leopold Grove) and Cedar Square. Buses will still operate within this area until 18:00 hrs. 18:00 to Midnight Adelphi Street, Alfred Street (between Adelaide Street and Church Street), Back Church Street, Birley Street, Carter Street, Cheapside, Church Street (Market Street to Abingdon Street and Leopold Grove to Kings Square), Corporation Street (Church Street to Talbot Square), Leopold Grove (between Adelaide Street and Church Street), Topping Street (between Church Street and Wood Street), West Street (between car park entrance/exit and Corporation Street)

Further Information: • Emergency service vehicles access to premises will be maintained at all times. • Evening access to Topping Street will be via Deansgate (from Talbot Road), Edward Street and Wood Street. • Taxis will not be permitted to use the Church Street rank adjacent to the Winter Gardens throughout the day. The Leopold Grove rank will be in use as normal until 18:00 hrs, after that times taxis will exit via Adelaide Street only (under supervision). The rank adjacent to BHS on Church Street will be closed from 18:00hrs, alternative ranks are located on Market Street. • Parking will be suspended on various streets from 15:00 hrs these include Alfred Street, Leopold Grove and Topping Street (between Church Street and Wood Street). • West Street car park will remain open during the evening although any vehicles leaving will have to turn left in to West Street, left in to Market Street, then right in to Church Street to the Promenade The cycle races event The event will commence at 18:30. The races will take place on the following roads: Abingdon Street (between Church Street and Birley Street), Birley Street, Corporation Street (between Birley Street and Church Street) and Church Street (between Corporation Street and King’s Square - The Syndicate). Any vehicles parked on the above sections will be removed. Your assistance is therefore requested in ensuring that parked vehicles are removed where necessary before the road closures commence.
