If you are:

  • Homeless today
  • Experiencing domestic violence or abuse
  • Serious harassment
  • Anti-social behaviour 

If you need to leave your home immediately, you can come to the South King Street office during our opening hours, or telephone the emergency accommodation number 01253 477600 outside of our opening hours.

In cases of violence against you we would advise you to go to the nearest police station.

Rough sleeping

If you are sleeping on the street we can help with direct access to accommodation such as providing emergency shelter and additional accommodation in severe weather.

We have 2 direct access emergency shelters, with limited spaces.

Wednesday: 1.00pm to 5.00pm (9.00am to 5.00pm for telephone enquiries)
Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm
Friday 9.00am to 4.30pm

Outside of our opening hours we provide an out of hours service, for emergencies only, on telephone 01253 477600.
