Our At Home library service is available for Blackpool residents who are unable to visit their local library due to illness, age or disability.
We can deliver library books and audio books to your home.
The service is based at Palatine library. Items are chosen by library staff to suit individual taste, they are delivered and collected once every 3 weeks on a set day as arranged by one of our library volunteers.
