Our rookie lifeguard programme is our new, fun and educational junior award scheme for all 8 to 16-year-olds.

Rookie lifeguard skills make rookies aware of how to take care of themselves, their family and friends and give them the information they need to promote water safety in their day-to-day activities.

Requirements

All children need to be able to swim a minimum of 25 metres
All children need to be confident in deep water
