The annual rental is currently £42.00 per plot (average 250 sq/m).

Rental is due on the 2^nd February (normally subject to an annual increase). However, people who are willing to take on a derelict plot i.e. one which has not been worked for some time, will have the rental fee waived in the second year.  Half plots are available on request.
