How much will an allotment cost?
The annual rental varies depending on the size of the plot, but the average cost is currently £42.00 per plot (average 250 sq/m).
Rental is due on the 2
nd February (normally subject to an annual increase). However, people who are willing to take on a derelict plot i.e. one which has not been worked for some time, will have the rental fee waived in the second year. Half plots are available on request.
