Annual Accounts Here you can find copies of Blackpool Council's Annual Accounts, or Statement of Accounts.

An Annual Account provides information on the financial performance of Blackpool Council during the financial year and the financial position of the Council at the end of the financial year. The Summary Statement of Accounts is a simplified and summarised version of the same information.
Each year Independent Auditors report as to whether the Statement of Accounts represent fairly the financial position of the Council and its income and expenditure for the year. The Independent Auditors’ Report is included in the Statement of Accounts.
In addition, the Independent Auditors report separately on the quality of our services and whether money is spent economically, efficiently and effectively. The Independent Auditors report on our performance in the Annual Audit and Inspection Letter.
