How do I report an incident of Fly Tipping, Rubbish Dumping, Dog Fouling or Graffiti?

If you wish to report an incident of Fly Tipping, Rubbish Dumping, Dog Fouling or Graffiti in a public open space, please contact Customer First on 01253 477477. You can also report the problem on-line by using our on-line reporting form. 

If you wish to report an abandoned vehicle please contact Customer First on 01253 477477. You can also report the problem on-line .

If you wish to report any other Anti-Social Behaviour problem which is not mentioned above, or is not a crime, please contact Customer First on 01253 477477 and speak to one of our Customer Advisors or you can  report the problem on-line.

You can assist any organisation / agency involved in the response to tackling anti-social behaviour by keeping a log of events/incidents which you consider to be anti-social.

You may wish to download and use our Incident Diary Sheet for this purpose.  Please fill in the form giving as many details as you can and send it back to the Customer First Centre, Municipal Buildings, PO Box 50, Corporation Street, Blackpool FY1 1NF.

Please do not use this Incident Diary Sheet to report incidents of persistent noise. Instead, please ring Environmental Services on 01253 478456 who will advise you how best to deal with your problem.
