Projects
Understandably Capital Works & Regeneration has historically catered for largely Public Sector Clients, comprising Social Services, Libraries, Housing, Leisure and Education. These historical links have enabled us to focus on key design sectors rather than attempting to compete in all markets.
In more recent times, the introduction of the Freedom To Trade Act has enabled us to act on behalf of Clients beyond the statutory obligations. The specialisms and insight gained through a tradition of Public Sector work has gained the organisation a unique additional ability within these key design sectors when acting on behalf of Private Sector Clients.
