Arts Engagement Programme
Blackpool’s Arts Engagement Programme is an ambitious programme supported by the National Lottery through Arts Council England to encourage local communities to engage with and participate in the Arts in innovative and creative ways.
The Arts Engagement Programme aims to:
- work with partners, agencies and communities to increase participation and engagement in the Arts
