We understand that not everyone will be able to manage wheeled bins/bags for collection, and, if necessary we will offer an assisted collection service.

For the vast majority of people a wheeled bin is easy to move even when full. You will be asked to fill in an "Assisted Collection" application form. Please contact our customer first centre who will be able to send you the form.

In cases where disabled or elderly residents live with an able-bodied person the Council cannot provide extra assistance - unless you inform us of special circumstances.
