How do I automatically qualify for a blue badge?

You can automatically qualify for a badge if you are:

  • registered severely sight impaired
  • in receipt of Higher Rate Disability Living Allowance (Mobility Component - for help with getting around)
  • in receipt of War Pensions Mobility Supplement
  • receive a benefit under the Armed Forces and Reserve Forces (Compensation) Scheme
