Building Control - General Information Building Control are a multi-disciplinary team of professional Building Control Surveyors with primary responsibility for administering the Building Regulations within Blackpool.

The Building Regulations are a set of legal standards for ensuring the health, safety, welfare and convenience of people in and around buildings, together with the efficient use of energy and water and the welfare of disabled people.
