Change for Children

Change for Children This team works directly to the Executive Director of Children’s Services to ensure integrated working is embedded across the Children’s Trust partner agencies. The team is headed by the Senior Officer, Policy and Strategy supported by four Development workers and a Senior Administrator who head up the following areas:
  • Think Family
  • Family interventions
  • Extended Services
  • Children’s Trust
  • Admin support
The team is at the heart of driving the Think Family agenda forward and piloting a range of initiatives to support this work such as CAF, Springboard and other Family Intervention pilots, Family Pathfinder, work with the Third Sector, developing Extended Services in and around schools, Phase 3 Children’s Centres and a range of new Government initiatives
