What Food Hygiene training do you run?

We have an accredited Chartered Institute of Environmental Health food hygiene trainer.  

Currently, we deliver:
- Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering (previously Foundation Food Hygiene)
- Level 3 Award in Food Safety in Catering (previously Intermediate Food Hygiene)
- Level 3 Award in Implementing Food Safety Management Procedures

These courses are regularly run throughout the year, so please see the course directory for more information. We are also able to offer ad-hoc training, depending on your requirements. For more information, please contact our food hygiene trainer on 01253 476533.
