What do I do if I have a complaint about Childcare?

If you have a concern or a complaint about your childcare setting, you may wish to talk to the setting supervisor.  All childcare settings should have a complaints procedure to follow.   If you have serious or urgent concerns, you should contact the OFSTED Complaints Helpline on 08456 40 40 40.
