Blackpool Council and Blackpool Primary Care Trust working through 'BMG Research' have established a panel of residents - the Blackpool Citizens Panel.
The panel is surveyed three times a year about services provided, service delivery, local environmental quality and quality of life issues. So far (July 2007), the panellists have responded to five surveys. |
