Where can a Citizenship Ceremony take place?

Citizenship Ceremonies normally take place in the Council Chamber of Blackpool Town Hall, usually in groups of between ten to 20 people in order to reinforce the community nature of citizenship.

However, if you would prefer to have an individual ceremony, you can choose to hold your ceremony either in the Ceremonies Room at the Register Office or at an Approved Venue. This does mean paying an additional fee per participant.

For the cost of holding an individual Citizenship Ceremony, click on 'Publications' then 'Register Office Fees.'

For a list of the Approved Venues in Blackpool, click on 'Publications' then 'Approved Venues for Ceremonies.'
