SCC includes customers in receipt of certain income or disability benefits, customers under 16 years, full-time students and residents over the age of 60 (in receipt of pension credit).
To be eligible for residents rate or SCC rate (except under 16 years) you must show your Blackpool Leisure Card that can be obtained from Blackpool Sports Centre or Palatine Leisure Centre, with proof of residency.
