Why can't I take my business waste to the local Household Recycling Centre myself?
The Household Waste Recycling Centre on Bristol Avenue is provided for the residents of Blackpool who pay for it to be provided and maintained through their Council Tax. If the site is used by traders who avoid paying legitimate disposal costs, this means that businesses are being subsidised by householders. This reduces the resources available for us to invest in other important local services.
