Why do I have to pay for orange bags when other businesses put out black bags which are removed?
Businesses should not be using black bags for their rubbish. If you know about any business which is using black bags instead of paying for orange bags, please report this to the Street Scene Inspectors on 01253 477 477 who will investigate the matter.
