We aim to give the best possible service to the people of Blackpool. We acknowledge that it may not always be possible to satisfy everyone but our response should be helpful, positive and efficient.

If you have contacted us but feel that your problem or query hasn't been given proper attention or has been mishandled, please follow our complaints procedure which includes a complaint form for you to use.
