Conferences and Exhibitions

Blackpool has an outstanding reputation as a conference town for every size of event, from large political gatherings to the smallest trade or promotional meeting.    Our Blackpool Conference Team are here to provide further support services to organizers of conferences, meetings or events ranging in size from anything between 10 and 3,000 delegates.

FREE services provided include 'Venue Finding' where you contact our team with your requirements and we will check venues for availability and rates.  All this is done for you within a 24 hour period.

Also available free of charge is our Conference Accommodation Booking service.  Conference organisers can contact our team with details of delegates' requirements.  A full search of hotels matching the criteria will be conducted to secure allocations and rates.

We can also help with the co-ordination of site visits and can provide advice and guidance about:
  • subvention and civic hospitality
  • preparation of bid documents and presentation to conference committees
  • production of delegate partner programmes
  • provision of visitor maps and guides for delegates (at a minimal cost).
These services are available to everyone whether you are a Council employee organising an event or an external organisation.

To find out more please contact Natalie Wyatt on 01253 478227.
