Corporate Performance Report

This is a publication of Blackpool Council’s performance over a 12-month period (running from April to March) and also summarises some of the main priorities for the Council over the coming year.

It highlights the performance of Blackpool Council and its statutory Best Value Performance Indicators (BVPI).

The number of indicators can vary slightly year to year and are generally broken down into the various service areas as specified by the Audit Commission.

The report also details the User Satisfaction Survey Performance Indicators that are collected every three years.
