Council Budgets and Spending

Council Budgets and Spending Each year Blackpool Council prepares and approves its budget for the following financial year. The budget is a quantitative statement of how resources are to be deployed over the next year to achieve the Council’s objectives. The budget is referred to as the ‘Municipal Budget’ and summarises the budgets of all Council services.
