What do I need to tell you if I am moving house?

If you are moving house, you need to tell us straightaway so that we can send you a bill for the right amount of Council Tax. 

When you know the date you are moving, please email us using this link or contact our Customer First Centre on 01253 478741 and let us have the following details:

  • your name
  • the address you are moving from
  • the date you are moving
  • the address you are moving to
This will help us to send you the correct bill without delay and send you a refund if you have paid too much.
