Is Blackpool Council involved in the National Pay and Grading Review ?
Yes - All Local Authorities are required to undertake a pay and grading review. Therefore all posts that are advertised within the Council will be subject to Job Evaluation and the pay and grade may increase or decrease as a result. The only exception being, roles advertised on teachers terms and conditions and those schools that have opted out.
