Cycle Training - Adults

 Whatever your ability; whether you haven't been on a bike for years, need to build up your confidence cycling in traffic or just want to get fit, our cycle training sessions could be for you.

We are now offering FREE cycle to work courses to help you improve your confidence and on-road cycling skills.

Blackpool Council's National Standard trained, friendly cycle instructors offer active on road training.

The sessions are usually conducted over two hours and can be arranged at a time and place to suit you.

Bikes and helmets can be provided for those that don't have their own.

Individual sessions are available as well as group or family sessions.
