Can I make a request for Personal Information about somebody else?
No, a subject access request can only be made for your own data, unless the other person has given written authority to a solicitor or agent to view their data, and this is provided with the request.
Anyone who coerces a person to make an access request in order to view data on that person could be guilty of an offence.
