In Writing
You may make a request by writing to the Council enclosing proof of identity and a cheque or postal order for £10 payable to Blackpool Council. To assist with a speedy response, please try to specify what type of personal data you particularly want copies of e.g. Housing, Council Tax. It is also helpful if you specify any reference numbers.
You do not have to make a separate request to see personal information and pay a fee for each set of data kept by the Council. The £10 fee covers a search for any areas you ask us for, either specifically or as a general search. You must pay again however, if you make another request at a later date.
