BOGUS NOTIFICATION LETTERS
Do not be misled. This is advice for Businesses enquiring about Notification. The fee for notification is £35. The Information Commissioner along with the Trading Standards Office are aware of a number of operators causing concern by offering notification services on behalf of the Commissioner and demanding up to £150 to register a business. The Commissioner has a webpage which deals with this problem. |
