Dog Breeding Establishment Licence

Anyone wishing to run a Dog Breeding establishment requires an annual licence from Blackpool Council. This is to ensure that the welfare of the animals is maintained to a high standard and to prevent the spread of any infectious disease.

Complete and return the application form and enclose the required fee as stated on the application form. After the premises have been successfully inspected by the Public Protection Officer, then the licence will be issued.
