The Public Sewers in Blackpool are the responsibility of United Utilities.  Should you need to contact them urgently then please call the United Utilities Customer Enquiry Hotline for Waste Water, which is 08456 020406 giving as much information about the problem as you can.  Alternatively, you may want to visit their website. www.unitedutilities.com
