BSafe Blackpool is the Blackpool Community Safety and Drugs Partnership and is committed to reducing crime, disorder and substance misuse in the town, reassuring the public through a series of innovative projects and sophisticated intelligence.

The success of BSafe Blackpool relies on effective partnership working. The five responsible authorities are:
  • Blackpool Council
  • Lancashire Constabulary
  • Blackpool Primary Care Trust
  • Lancashire Fire and Rescue
  • Lancashire Police Authority
There are many ways in which we try to deter young or vulnerable people from being tempted by crime, and at the other end of the spectrum we’re committed to tackling prolific offenders – for example the National Treatment Agency for Substance Misuse has already commended the partnership for its “exceptional” performance in delivering quality drug treatment services.

For more comprehensive information, please visit the BSafe Blackpool website, for helpful advice on topics including the National Drug Strategy and accessing treatment in Blackpool.
