eSafety Awareness in Blackpool
The Family Strategic Partnership have produced a fantastic online handbook all about Social Media and how it can be positively used to engage with families.
Although the handbook is designed as a guide for organisations that wish to engage with families, it offers jargon-free basic, easy to understand information that will be useful to anyone wishing to learn more about Social Media.
Check it out here!

Safer Internet Day (SID) organised by Insafe and held in February of each year to promote safer and more responsible use of online technology and mobile phones, especially amongst children and young people across the world.
Safer Internet Day 2012 took place on Tuesday 7 February 2012. This year the event was centred on the theme "Connecting generations and educating each other", where we encourage users young and old to "discover the digital world together...safely"!
