Electrolysis Registration

Electrolysis Registration Applicants and premises are required to be registered by the Authority in order to prevent the spread of infection.

Registration can be done by completing the application form and enclosing the required fee. After a successful inspection by the Specialist Public Protection Officer registration will be complete.

Making an application

Applications may be made online or by submitting a paper copy of the form. Please visit the 'Forms' section on the right of this page to apply. Details of the criteria for applications and guidance notes to assist with filling in the form are in the publications section. Online applications must be paid for using a credit or debit card.
