The Phoenix Centre is a new residential service for people with mental health problems aged between 18 and 65.
It includes a Crisis Unit which has six beds for people who are experiencing a social crisis. The aim is to reduce hospital admissions wherever possible.
There is no charge for the first 72 hours.
Anyone can make a referral to the Centre as long as the person being referred has been assessed by a mental health professional.
