Fair Processing Notices

To meet the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998, schools need to issue a Fair Processing Notice to pupils and / or parents summarising the information held about pupils, why it is held and the third parties who it can be passed on to.

All schools are required to send out a basic Fair Processing Notice during the Autumn Term known as layer one, referencing the additional information contained in the extra layers which you can use the links below to view.

For a paper copy of the Fair Processing Notices, please contact your child's school directly.

For Primary Aged Children:
