Enforcement Action
The Food Control Group are responsible for ensuring that food and drink sold in Blackpool is safe and wholesome, through compliance with food law.
Public Protection Officers will offer businesses advice and support. However, where this fails enforcement action may be taken. this will be in line with the Divisions Enforcement Policy.
