Who are the Children?
Children who require Foster placements are local children who live in the Blackpool area.
The children will be all ages, from babies to teenagers. Your Assessing Social Worker will discuss with you what age children will best fit into your family.
It is difficult to give timescales about how long children will remain in foster care for.
The reason why there is no easy answer to this is because it depends on the reason the children need looking after. It can be a day, a week, months or longer.
