Gambling Premises Licences

Gambling Premises Licences  Premises Licences under the Gambling Act 2005 are issued by Blackpool Council and authorise premises to be used as Casinos, commercial Bingo Centres, Betting Shops and Amusement Arcades / Centres.

An applicant for a Premises Licence must hold an appropriate Operating Licence from the Gambling Commission, and must have a right to occupy the premises.
