Graffiti can be reported to the Neighbourhood Environmental Action Teams on 01253 477 477 or by completing the Online Notification Form. 

Blackpool Council has secured partnerships with some agencies responsible for street furniture, and are therefore in a position to remove more graffiti instances than before.

However, graffiti on private property or on street furniture outside these partnerships are not the responsibility of Blackpool Council.  Removal of graffiti is a time consuming task and the NEAT teams will deal with priority cases first, within 3 days.  Graffiti which is not clearly visible from the highway will be dealt with within one month of being reported.
