Monday to Thursday 9am to 5 pm Friday 9 - 4.30 With effect from Monday 31 October 2011 we will be closed to the public on Wednesday mornings until 1.00pm. Telephone contact however will still be available on 477760 for urgent enquiries.

If I try mediation and it does not work for me, can I still be referred to the youth hostel?

If mediation is not appropriate for you or if mediation breaks down, you can still be referred to supported accommodation for young people. Your parents will be asked to continue to house you until you have secured alternative accommodation
