Important information which relates to all your bins:
- Your wheeled bins should be ready for collection on your designated collection day by 7.30 in the morning.
- You should leave your bin ready for collection at the designated presentation point-usually the front edge of your property, at the nearest point to the pavement, footpath or highway. We will return it to the same place after it has been emptied.
- You can put your bins out the night before your collection day, to save time in the morning. An advisable time is 6pm onwards. Please make sure they do not obstruct the highway.
- In some cases residents can form their own presentation points at the end of suitable alleys:
- Bins must not be blocking the alleyway access
- The bins must be visible to the operatives on collection day
