Why do the bin men leave my bin on the drive after collection and cause an obstruction?
We apologise for the inconvenience caused by your bin being left on your driveway and obstructing your car. The Refuse Collectors are instructed to return the bins to the same point where they are collected from. This is either the rear of the footway or the inside edge of the driveway. The operatives will only return the bins onto the inside edge of your property if they are presented there for collection.
