Important Information about your Grey-lidded bin...

  • Please do not put any extra bags next to your bin, as they will not be collected.
  • If you have excess rubbish you can take it to the Household Waste Recycling Centre on Bristol Avenue, or an extra collection can be provided at a cost.
  • Please do not overfill the bin and make sure your bin lid is closed.
  • Please make sure your bin is ready for collection by 7.30 on the morning of your collection day at your designated collection point.
  • If you would like to apply for an extra bin please call Customer First to arrange for a Waste Recycling Officer to carry out a Waste Audit for your household. There is now a charge for additional grey bins, details will be given by Waste Recycling Officer on household visit.
