The refuse collectors should place your bag securely either in the lid of your blue lidded bin or in a gate or letter box.

If your blue bag has not been replaced or has blown away, we would ask you to put your papers out on your next collection date in a carrier bag. Please do not tie the carrier bag.

The collection crew will then leave you a replacement blue bag.

If you are having an ongoing problem with the collectors not returning your blue bag then please call our Customer First Centre on 01253 477477 who can report this and request a replacement bag be delivered.
