What is a Landlord Forum and when are they held?
Blackpool's private landlords play a vital role in the provision of housing to families and single people. Landlords have been working in partnership with Blackpool Council since 1998 when the Private Landlords Forum was established.
What is a Landlord Forum?
The Forum meets four times a year and aims to inform and assist landlords in understanding their rights, entitlements and obligations and to raise their awareness of available services and facilities. The Forum's elected steering group consists of up to 10 landlords and represents and acts on behalf of the Landlords Forum. The Council consults the Forum on policies and reports upon implications of new and proposed legislation.
When are the Landlord Forums?
The Forums are usually held on a Thursday at 5.30 pm in the Council Chamber at the Town Hall (unless otherwise stated).
