Housing and Council Tax Benefit Appeals and Discretionary Housing Payments

When we have dealt with your claim for Housing and Council Tax Benefit we will send you a decision letter. If you disagree with our decision and would like to make an appeal please put why you think our decision is wrong in writing. 
 
This must be done within one month of the date of the original decision.  We will tell you about the appeal procedures and investigate your appeal.
